SeatEngine supports Boca's FGL printer driver, which renders a PDF in the Concert Ticket Format (2” x 5.5”).
Because we format the ticket horizontally, you'll need to make sure your printer is setup to print the ticket in landscape mode, and make sure the printer's paper is set to Concert Ticket.
Windows
- Open the Control Panel and then the Devices and Printers option.
- Find your printer (Usually named: Boca FGL 26/46) in the Devices and Printers window and right-click the icon with your mouse.
- In the menu that appears, select Printing Preferences and find the option for Orientation in the preferences window.
- Change the option to Landscape to set the printer to landscape mode as a default.
- Click 'Advanced'
- Select 'Concert Ticket' from the paper-size drop down.
Important Note!
Boca's drivers will sometimes remember paper-size on a per application basis. After you've set the defaults within the devices and printers section, you may also need to enter the settings once more from the print dialog box inside your browser.
