If a customer has an account on a venue’s website and they are signed in during the checkout process, the available credit will be displayed on the checkout screen (image below).


If a venue issues a venue credit to a customer who has not yet created an account, the credit will still be attached to the customer's email address. The customer will not be able to redeem their credit until an account is created. To create an account on a venue's website, click the SIGN UP button in the upper right corner of the screen. 


Customers who have a venue credit will not be prompted to enter credit card information unless the total amount of their new ticket order exceeds the value of their venue credit.
