To access the order search function, go to the admin portal at admin.seatengine.com and click MANAGE. From there, you can select ORDERS on the left-hand navigation panel.
You may also access the order search on the admin dashboard.
Similar to the old admin order search function, this search page allows you to search for an order based on the order number, the customer's name or the customer's email address.
The order numbers in the left-hand column are clickable links which will bring you to the order details page.
The order details page is where you may add / edit / refund tickets. You can learn more about this feature here
